HOT AIR

This installation examined semantics, meaning/meaninglessness and chance as an exploration of mental illness.

Words were randomly generated and then layered forward and backwards to create indecipherable sounds

The randomly generated words were used to generate images which were then layered and printed to create fabrics for hanging sculptures. The sculptures and sound pieces were paired.

The videos are layered as well from short personal video footage projected into the space along with the sound sculptures.
